Sent a Small package to Upper Marlboro MD on Thursday December 16/24 for next day Friday delivery and paid $32.75 for the service package was not delivered till Saturday December 28/24. Went back to the same post office because they told me if not delivered next day they will give me my money back they gave me a phone number to call and no one answer left message and still no call back. Very disappointed.

My priority mail letter to France has not arrived in 24 days and the local post office knows nothing!! Disgraceful!! For $56 a lost letter!!!!

I'm mailed two packages on 12/9/24. The packages were mailed to Missouri from Florida. One package arrived at his destination but the other package is still in transit! These were Christmas presents to my grandchildren! And it is January the 2nd and the one package is still in transit somewhere. I am really upset it cost me $30 to mail this package and it still hasn't arrived!

When I send a card first class from US to Thailand it will take up to 5 weeks for the other end to receive it.

Mailed a 8 X 10 envelope to IRS First Class on December 11 at 10:41 in the morning at the Coral Springs, Florida Post Office. According to tracking it never left. I went to the post office about 5 days later to stand in line for another 45 min to check on the package. I got the same employee who stamped it and her comment to me was "Honey, it ain't moved". See gave me a number that no one answers. I should have known better! My luck someone now probably has all my personal information!

I sent a package to my son and he never got it on the day they said told me it would be delivered. I sent it on December 14th and they said that he would get it on December 17 and he never got it. I'm upset about this because it was his Christmas presents and he never got them before Christmas and now he has to wait for them whenever it gets there and he keeps asking me.

Same unacceptable service as others are expressing. My small package left Chanhassen, MN post office on December 19, arrived in St Paul the next day. Sat there apparently until being sent to Des Moines Iowa on the 24th. I was told it would be delivered to my daughter in law in New Hampshire on the 23rd. Why it went to the distribution center in IA makes no sense. Here it is, Christmas Day, and it’s still sitting in IA. I paid for Priority mail too. The other 5 packages I sent all arrived 2 days later than I was told as well. They were all cookies so 2 days really matter, I want them to be fresh. I don’t think I’ll be using US mail for things like this ever again.

I didn't receive my package but I received a message saying 'delivered' what is that?

Sent a prioity mail envelope from Cleveland, TN on 12/13 with estimated time of delivery in west Tennessee of 12/16. Tracking shows it got to Chattanooga on 12/16 (3 days to go less than 30 miles). It got to Memphis on 12/22. Last check showed it in transit to next facility. And for this I paid for priotiy mail?

Sent two packages out on November 9th to the same address. They received 1 package but the other is still in Tulsa at the distribution center and there is no way to contact them as their phone mailbox is full. I am so aggravated at the USPS postal system right now! I may have to take a trip to Tulsa just to get it moving again and that is not what I should have to do if they would just get their act together.

I mailed my package on Dec 3. It has been going back and forth to 2 places in St. Louis for the last 2 weeks. No one can explain why. I just want my package delivered to its right destination.

I sent out a package on dec 10 and on the 19 it still hasn’t arrived… trying to track it but you tracking service doesn’t show it left Las Vegas to AK I send at least 1-2 packages a month for the last 10 years but never ever taken more then 8 days if I don’t use if it fits…these are Christmas presents for my grandkids not happy at all.

I mailed a pkg. from Pleasant Hill Tenn. on Dec. 10....to go to Auburn Ky. and pd. extra to get it to go in two days. After 4 days I got on tracking and learned that it was in Ashburn, Va. and sat there for 3 days before it went on to "who knows where". Now, just says will be late but is in system. How in the world did it to Va. when the two zip codes aren't even close in number. Went to post office and can get no help in finding out where this pkg. is! Not his fault. I would say it's someone's fault in Nashville who put it in the wrong container. Not having enuf help is no excuse for someone looking at the zip codes to see where it's going. I just hope that someone in one of these facilities will "NOTICE" the wrong place and return it to Tn. or Ky. I pray if shows up on anyone's porch they are honest enuf to return it to the local post office and not keep it.
