Mailed my package on 12-06-2024. They said it would be delivered by 12-10-2024. Here it is now 12-18-2024 & my brother in Lindale Georgia still has not received it. What gives. I know it’s Christmas time but this is too long.

I mailed my parcel from NY to MIA on the 9th was told that it would get there in the 12th and it’s still showing that it’s in Queens what’s going on

Mailed a package to my sister in Michigan on Fri, 6 Dec. Was told it would be there on Mon, 9 Dec. Tracking says it's in Jacksonville FL. I want to know what the delay is, and why it went to Jacksonville?? And USPS wonders why people don't want to use their services anymore. They USED to be dependable.

Why even give a tracking number when my package has been sitting in the Bristol CT Post Office since 10:02 am Dec. 7th and hasn't moved an inch???????????

What is wrong with this post office since on the 18th I have not received my parcel

Every time I send a package to Goodland Kansas they tell me the date of delivery . For some unknown reason these paackages from Colorado Springs to Goodland Kansas (which is 300 miles apart !) go to Omaha Nebraska first then to western Nebraska before going to Kansas and they NEVER get there on the specified date !!!!!!

USPS has my package in Seattle as if 11/22 after leaving LA on the 15th. This app is telling me it's still in LA. Neither of these apps are able to tell me anything about a package that hit LA 11 days ago! Why have tracking numbers?

Package missing in Memphis distribution center which seems to be a problem area as it happened before. Last scanned on Oct 18th. Nobody knows anything or to do anything to help. Package research case and missing mail searches are a joke.

Ordered an item from Malaysia, got to the California in just a few days. Disappeared in Memphis on Oct 18th, now it's nov 22nd. Nobody knows anything or wants to help. Online Package research case and missing mail searches are a joke. And they want to raise rates again?

Package marked as delivered by a gov agency without a picture of proof. Then I have to research and call several numbers to verify led to a paid app that is also unhelpful to track down a package coming from a few states over. Still no human to speak to. The package is likely 2 miles away at the post office and I will wait several days instead of being allowed to just pick it up.

I send a package on October 24 that was supposed to be delivered on October 29 but it still hasn’t been delivered. Haven’t received any information about it.
