I mailed very important documents to Pakistan . It’s still here in the states , this was 3 weeks ago. It sucks.

I paid extra money to have it guaranteed to be here late Friday but here we are Sunday afternoon and nothing to show for it.. What a complete rip-off. I'd definitely like some of my money back.

My package was sent to me priority mail to Florida and it took 9 days before it even got to the Florida post office. I was expecting priority to be 3 to 5 business days. I had to leave Florida without my package because it didn't come in the priority time!! I had to call Florida post office and have them return the package back to me and it's supposed to be priority also and it's been 6 days now!!!!

Can not get ANY information when I put my tracking number in. I would give USPS ZERO to NEGATIVE Star if the option was there. This is tge 2nd package sent from Winter Haven Florida to Santa Clara, so far it has been 4 days. The last one sent from the same place in Florida to Santa Clara CA took 3 weeks, that is THREE WEEKS. I called USOS and made had a trace put on it! You keep RAISING the COST of stamps and deliver nothing more than below standard service.

Very very poor service

My letter RR91814325DE has been in US Customs for 25 Days. It is only a letter with my Insurance payment. What the hell is it taking 25 days to check a letter.

Trying to track my package and it says parcel’s not registered yet. Tried going to the official USPS website and it’s currently unavailable. Luckily, I didn’t pay extra….Do better!

Mail still not received yet and was due to arrive on September 16th. Paid extra !

it took three days for the advertised 2 day express mail over weekend 9-13 to a post office box on 9-16 so it works as claimed but only to p.o.box. Who knows when they really get it, meaning empty the box.

I paid extra for faster service send it Friday 9/13 to be received Monday it was delivered 9/18 lol, Really a scam!!!

Very poor service,from two months last august my parcel delivered but still now I have not received my parcel,very slow service of usps,and no I idea when will it received if any urgent items then what will do customer very bad 0 rating from me

I will never use your service again, because it is not good.

Sent 2 packages to Hawaii and the first one got there a day early and second right on time. Thank you.

Horrible service no need to pay for faster service it might not never make it it sad that they really don’t have the service they claim

Sent package to florida 10 days later it still hasn't left california , I'm crossing my fingers that it will get there in a month maybe!
