I paid extra for faster service lol, what a scam!!! They raise the prices but we still get bad customer service, slow delivery, and lousy results. But that’s the government for us lol. So sad

This item was supposed to deliver since last week Thursday I paid extra for the delivery. I’m still not arrive. Very poor service.

My package supposed to been returned to me it's in Bedford Park since September 1 and still have not been returned to me

Still haven't received anything, definitely will never use usps, either they don't care, or don't have the resources, regardless it's the damn gov, should be 5 star service....0 star in my opinion

Terrible experience, I used USPS international mailing service and paid around $75 to receive it between 7-10days. In june i mailed my marriages certificate that took me 2 months to get it attested in US. In sep they write back to me that they did not scan the mail and there for is lost!!! my papers

I mail my package off a a week and a half ago priority mailing and it half of my packages shipped some where and I couldn’t get any information when I would get it and everyone who I talked to was either rude or didn’t care to give me the time definitely a thumbs down and I probably would never recommend anyone sending fragile packages cause it will come back broken like mine and sent off somewhere else when clearly all the packages have the same exact address worst experience ever!!

First of all, you are saying you have thousands of great reviews, but I see none!! All derogatory reviews about packages being late or not delivered at all!! My package is late & can not even locate it! Lost in limbo somewhere I guess. This is completely unacceptable. Our government has really gone to the dogs!! There needs to be more people working for the USPS in order to supply the demand for our citizens.

Unfortunately, my package was supposed to arrive on the 9th of Sept and as of today it's still in transit. :-( Next time I'll pay extra and ship it UPS.

Poor service, I never asked for my package to be returned to the post office, the drivers don't want to work, that's all

I am so frustrated with your service I will not use it again. FedEx here I come!!! Not only is your service LOUSY but your supervisors represent your company to a t... Lack of empathy...lack of answers and lack of knowledge. My package was to be delivered to Grant's Pass and went to Portland Oregon and was sent back to the original city it was mailed from. Santee California.. When I investigated no one could give me explanation and they sent it back without checking WHY is was sent back which means it could happen again. I paid for it to be delivered in 2 to 5 days and who knows how long it will be now. But the lack of consideration or even pretending to resolve my concern was so disappointing. I disgusted with all of you... BUT KEEP RAISING YOUR RATES...WE CERTAINLY ARE NOT GETTING ANY BETTER SERVICE....
