I paid extra to get a birthday present to someone on the 7th, I tracked it and it went on a senseless journey the opposite direction and then in the right direction, it's now the 10th. Next time I'll use ups or FedEx. Thanks alot for ruining a birthday USPS!

Lousy pathetic government. How the hell does fedex do better at delivering packages then our own usps. Fraudulent con artist with the skills of a 1st grader stealing candy. Your all a bunch of scammers

I literally paid an extra $63.99 to have my package delivered in "7-10 days." It's been 12 days and yet to arrive is so frustrating

I give it no stars, been waiting for this package for 2 weeks now , and all the information I'm getting in transit to next facility, that unexceptional

I took a chance and paid to have letter mailed first class should have known better than to trust anything managed by the government. It's not the people it's the system that the good ol buracercy has in place.

USPS service is so lousy at keeping track of anything I’ve had things lost. They need to take a lesson from FedEx.

Priority mailing, is a rip-off, paying extra for to receive 1-3 days is nothing short of a gamble. When it actually takes 7 days from Ft. Lauderdale to Tallahassee to receive a priority mail package. They should refund the money for priority mail, since the service was not genuine .

I sent a package from Ft. Lauderdale to Tallahassee priority mail Sept 3, 2024 . I was told it would reach Sept 5, 2024 and it hasn’t reach the recipient today is the Sept 7, 2024 and may not reach the recipient until Sept, 9 This is very disappointing on the quality of service. I am never doing this again .
