This is the second time I sent 2 envelopes to Austin ( different zip codes) usps gave a track I ng # both arriving on a Friday. One arrived to the residence Friday afternoon... The other said arrive Friday, but it didn't ( in both occasions). Having usps my # to text me telling me where the other envelope is they didn't. It's passed 9.30pm nothing regarding communication or information where the letter is at. Problem, they needed to have thus letter today Friday. Again us going to be late. Hope Tomorrow Saturday us there. USPS Should inform us that it was not the truth with one of the letter. They should know that one of the letter didn't reach Friday as they said... Disappointed....

I am expecting a letter it was send on the 19 of Agust from Neveaska to Guanajuato Mexico it’s ridicules what is it traveling on a horse or what ???

Other than maybe, a day or so late in delivery, I have no complaints whatsoever. USPS has never failed in all the frequent times that I have used their services.

Two times now. And tracking is of no use unless you update. Irresponsible people in charge of the bananas no stars. How they gonna tell me how to answer a question...

I haven't received my package for over 2 months and it says it's still being processed for shipping.

I paid nearly $6 for first class to have this arrive at its destination on Friday. I mailed it from St George ut and it's still in Las vegas today Friday suppose to be in Massachusetts what a scam.

Yesterday, on 09/04/2024, I paid $66.85 to overnight a package from Quinton, VA to New Orleans, LA by 6p.m. today. It is now 9:54p.m. and no package has been delivered, tracking states that it is still in Richmond, VA. Never again, for the price that I paid, I could have bought it an airline ticket.

I spent over $30 to make sure my package came the next day I got a tracking number which said it would be here the next day at 6:00 and I waited and waited no package and they won't give me my money back and just let me pay for regular postage since it will be here 5 days late

my packages keep going back and forth between Atlanta and Chattanooga. Someone should fix this.

Sent off a package about 2 weeks and nothing

My sister sent a package back in July 24th to Philadelphia and the package hasn’t arrived! We have a tracking # and it’s been showing the same route for weeks.. any suggestions??

I mailed a package certified priority on 8/26. It was supposed to arrive in Washington on the 29th. When I try to track it it says the courier has not entered the tracking number into the database. USPS sucks! That package is very important. As of 9/3 it still has not arrived!

I mailed my letter at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday paid for a two-day delivery what should have got it there Friday didn't get delivered until Tuesday because of the holiday, not happy!
