USPS reviews

My receipt shows over night delivery scheduled 08/31/24, 06:00 PM. It is now 09/03/24, and still waiting for delivery.

I paid 5.90$ on Monday August 26, 2024 for an envelope to be delivered by Thursday to South Carolina. It finally arrived today September 3, 2024 according to the usps. I really have no idea if it actually got there. The usps needs to be shut down and privatized. Maybe then it will be run correctly.

I mail the package on 8-28-24 supposed to be delivered on 8-30 and itis still in the distribution center in KS. City. Why is not being delivered yet? What's wrong? I'm needing it to be delivered, please.

I wanted to give this service a negative but that option does not there to select. This doesn’t deserve the 1 start that was selected. My cousin sent my package since Aug 20th from the US to Canada and I am yet to receive my package after 2 weeks. This is beyond crazy. The package update is also not so detailed so I can’t tell exactly where my package is. This is so crazy and frustrating.

I paid for fast shipping $19 and some change. I’ll post to got it Thursday and I still have not received it and I’m piss off and it’s only comin from Cincinnati

Delivery took longer than I was told. It did deliver, but a day later than what I was told.

I want to know about my package, it has not arrived.

Now as I complained about the $5 refundable complaint form to speak to somebody now it's only a dollar absolutely unacceptable wow

Now they want me to spend $5 for a chat line to solve my problem this is hysterical or to give me a call back while the USPS has a long way to go for customer satisfication what a disappointment and a joke

I'm extremely disappointed I mailed and paid for this parcel to be delivered in 2 to 3 days it is now been 5 days it is a very important package going to my mother and it is sat in transit for 4 days... Nobody's gotten back to me nobody will give me the time of day and my mother is depending on this package... This is the second time this has happened to me and I am extremely upset and worried if this package will even get there... 800 numbers going in person no satisfaction at all..
