Don’t make promises you can’t meet Simple

No stars- Horrible service- you list my package

Dropped off a package Friday to ship Express mail to be delivered Saturday and it's Sunday morning the package is still sitting in the Renfrew post office.

Paid for priority flat rate mail and it has not taken 6 days and they was supposed to deliver the mail to Nashville not to Indianapolis on the receipt it was expected to be there by the 9th .

It never tells you where the package is! When ever going to Addison I’ll 60101 my packages sit in that office for days! I hate that lazy po

I've used the postal service all my life. Although in the last few years I've been using other means of getting my packages. I purchase something from China last week. And the United States postal service which I never knew they had allowed me to track my package which I did every day and this morning it's only a few miles away from my house. I had no idea the United States postal service even had the ability to do this. But I'm very much impressed and each and every time I tried they answered. You guys are the best.

I have been trying to track my package for two days now. It is not showing a status, I am very disappointed as I paid an a very high price to mail my package

2 day priority mail? Hardly. Day 6 and it still hasn't arrived. False claims. USPS needs a competent leader. :(

Tracking says package will arrive Saturday the 11 its Sunday the 12 left you ware house then disappeared it never came i was home all day and received other packages and customer service what a joke...come to fid out this is common with your service i highly recommended using a different service unless you are willing to donate whatever you are sending to there employees

Paid for Priority shipping. Package left Tuesaday evening for Iowa. Still has not been delivered. The package has perishable items. Not happy

Your thieves keep sending me delivery notices. The first was when it got to Baltimore Distribution Center. The most recent was today (Saturday by 9p) of course nothing happens.. The order page still says Dec 13th-20 Never changed as everything else being delivered : shows out for delivery! I did " screenshots " to send to the PostMaster General on Monday
