I sent important post mail with priority and certified but it was not yet delivered for 8 days from the date l sent from post office. The post office person said it will take 2 and maximum 3 day to be delivered It it’s date sensitive mail. Who will took the responsibility which l faced due to due date issue penalty

Terrible . They said that it was delivered but it was not. Someone or something is shady.

Super super super slow!!! Go to UPS instead takes 3 weeks by USPS and 3 days by UPS. Not a significant difference in price either. Will never use USPS again

Certified mail Feb 27 to Clarkdale, Ga.(20miles) Went to Atlanta, then to Nashville and then to Atlanta. 41 days and still NOT delivered. NO Comment

The post office is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. I have tried to prioritize over night packages paying $31.00 so many times. Thinking it would change. Thinking it was just a problem they would fix. They only reimbursed me one time being that I sent to many (to my daughter and grandkids children. I sent a package last Thursday and she still hasn't received it. I was in florida and left my keys at my friends house 20 minutes away. They put I. Regular mail. I couldn't pick them up. I still haven't received. Not at post office not here or returned. I had to get new car keys. What the hell?

I have mailed 2 different envelopes to florida, 1st one I paid extra to get it there in 2 days, it took a week. 2nd one, I paid for 3 day ground, April 1st, still has not arrived. Can someone tell me why our postal service has gotten so bad?

The service on large boxes is the worst service I have had with UNITED STATE POSTAL SERVICE I paid $72.00 for shipping. I sent it on March 21, 2024 and that is the date it does not reach its destination, and the worst thing is that no one gives you correct information. They tell me "NO MA'AM THAT'S ALL I CAN TELL YOU, IT'S ALL IN TRANSIT"

Lousy! Was told at the post office in Huntsville on March 29 that my package would be in Billings, MT on April 1. According to the USPS tracker on April 6, it is stuck in Birmingham, AL. This is truly ridiculous!

All good, the only notification I did not when I requested notifications was the delivered notification, all else mail delivered on time the last one I sent

My box was sent back to me on 3/26 from Lagrange GA PO. Arrive in my home College Point NY PO on 3/31. Instead of delivering box to me it was sent back to Georgia. The address I had on it was the wrong address because my relative had moved. The Lagrange GA PO was able to get box back and send back to me. But when it arrived back to my home College Point PO on 3/31, instead of returning to me, it got sent back to Georgia. How stupid are the people in this College Point PO? Now I'm waiting for it to arrive back at the previous address n try to get box sent back to Lagrange PO to be re-send back to me.
