My special paid for quick delivery, promise to delivered on the 6th. This is 6 days and I have not received my mail. A snail might have done a better job.

Terrible. I don’t know where my package is.

Once again I hit a message saying a package has been delivered and it’s nowhere to be found. This nonsense has happened several times with several different package deliveries. It’s pathetic.

Sent a first class letter to Memphis with tracking from the Los indios post office on Nov 19 scheduled to be delivered on Nov 23. It made it to Memphis but was sent bk to San Antonio and now McAllen Texas. This is horrible. Why didn't they deliver it when it made it to Memphis TN it's destination? Will someone please look into this. I hope they revert it bk to Memphis, TN where it was scheduled for delivery on Nov. 23, 2021

usps is who I use to send packages, get tracking, and on time. Villa Rica, GA P.O. are friendly accurate and accommodating from after to end of business transaction.

Supposed to be here today. Just tracked it. My package is still in california, so clearly wont be here today and when i click on it, it hasnt even updated saying running late or anything!

Poor service, December 1 to December 7 my package is stuck in transit, I pay for 2 day delivery my Grandchildren don't understand, they are standing by the mail box rate 1

My package was delivered to the local hub on time. After it sat there a day it went to Chicago. Sat there a day. Went to Ives Grove, Ill. Sat there a day. Went back to the original local hub. Sat there a day. Delivered the next day, 5 days late.

The employees at the Windsor post office are a pleasure to talk to and very helpful with everything

My order has been passed around to numerous terminals for 2 weeks.Disgusted with their service

Poor service, no package yet.Order was placed Nov.18th.It is been passed around to terminals time after time.A couple of times in been in St.Louis then to Chicago, back to St.Louis, back to Chicago.

I mailed a package on 12 1. It's supposed to be there on 12/4. Today is 12 to 7 and it's not there yet and when I do my tracking it says it's in Jacksonville Florida which I could have walked to by now. Your service is not serviced at all. It is pathetic

Doesn't keep up with the parcel

If I could give a zero I would. I paid extra to get it to me in 2-3 days and it has now been a week and I don't have and they don't know where it is and can't get back to me for 3-5 days.
