Ordered a small item and not only is it 2 days late, but it’s now going to be a minimum of 4 days late. Never going through usps again. Slow and unreliable

I have had nothing but trouble from USPS/FED X. Came home to find my packages laying in the ditch beside my driveway. It was furniture! We ha e a long driveway in a wooded area just like all the other homes around us. And we have a turn around. So we complained about finding the furniture in the ditch. Now we just get emails saying they have no access to the delivery location so our packages get returned. I would have given them a zero if I could

Boxes sitting on the counter that employees didnt come out from behind the counter. 10 ppl in line. 2 associates 1 stayed in back the whole time. Other postal lady went to retreive held mail was gone 10 mins. 3 cust left.

I have daily notification for my mail including pics of letters to be delivered & today 12/4 I was to receive my Christmas stamps along with my other mail listed & no stamps came. What’s up?

I think I could have driven my buggy to New Jersey and back in less than six days. And people call us "backwards".

taking longer than expected, i ordered november 30th why are they shipping it to other close facilities when they can just deliver it directly.

My overnight packages don't seem to get to their destination in California like I'm told they will. Some have taken 3 days!!! Most disappointed.

My package was supposed to be delivered between 11/29 and 12/2 but still sitting in California as of 12/4

The postal worker went the extra mile and found me some plain tape to tape my return label onto my package. Hurrah!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

I paid for Priority Mail got no such service. 4 days and it's still in my hometown

I have recieve no updates and no explanation as to why my package has been sitting in California since Tuesday. It is now Saturday. I understand delays, but this is unacceptable!

Why is my package at my UPS facility in Deerfield Beach, FL being held up for Acceptance pending. This is very aggravating and I am not a happy or satisfied customer. I want my package.!!!!!!

My order is at the same place for weeks!
