Much better service than UPS, Hands down better than fedex, and some of the other smaller east coast shippers. California shippers are a bit better than east coast shippers. DHL is very unreliable when it comes to tracking.

Never got my package and this is the second time. This is ridiculous, does anyone know how to actually deliver the right mail?

I paid express shipping and my order didn’t make ok time.

Never received my package from USPS they always says that your package have been delivered but never do I get it unsatisfied customer with UPS I have security cameras around my house and looks on the camera and don't see a delivery been made

Doesn't even deserve a star. Never updates. Should have received my package 2 days ago.

Lose of package, pay for priority mailing 2 days one of my last packages was sent Nov. 15th and they just got it today. Dec.4th

My mail took off three weeks ago and still does not get here

The USPS tracking system has not helped me at all. I have entered my tracking 6 times with the same result as of Nov 28. It only reports same info: usps in possession of pkg. on Nov. 19th. No postal employee is able to help.

Either tracking doesn't work or my package went clear across US and stayed in CA since the 26th of Nov. Destination is Iowa so went from NJ? to CA? and has sat there every since. What is wrong with this picture?

I have informed delivery for my PO box. Got a email with picture of my car title being delivered to box. Went to get it. . . lost . . they can not find it. Lady SAYS " we are only human" it must have been put in wrong box. Excuse me. You gave the title to my car away !!!

What a great experience! I had a box to ship to my nephews. The wonderful lady at the Cookeville TN post office worked to find the best rate for me. She went over and beyond! She was great! Thank you

Very frustrating they do not have updated information

Package mailed two day service on 11/29/21 and had expected delivery date to be delivered by 12/2/21 and paid parcel fee to be there quick as it was needed by 12/3/21 and still has not been received by recipient… it is now 12/4/21after the date needing to be there by.
