It has taken over 2 weeks to mail an express mail package from ft lauderdale to ohio.

I used your box, priority mail for a 6 hour delivery distance. Mailed Nov 30 and paid for 2 day delivery. (GUESS WHAT STILL NOT THERE AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE!) it was a birthday gift and I’m so mad now. Not using you to mail Christmas gifts now!

My order has been sitting in Fremont oh. Since Nov. 29th. Why is it taking so long to get to me. Makes no sense.

Slow slow! Took one week to say parcel was picked up and another week to go from Eagan MN post office to maplewood Mn. Both are suburbs of St. Paul, Mn. Had the post office processed the package in the first few days,, it would have missed the Thanksgiving and Xmas rushes!

Still have not received my package. It landed in the USA on 25 Nov 2021. The last status was on the 25th of Nov no updates since then. Delivery date was 24Nov 2021. It was ordered from ESTY which later I was told it was ordered from a company in China. When I contacted the company they also couldn’t answer any questions about where the package was located. I contacted USPS they could only tell me it was located in customs somewhere in the the USA but no status updates as of 4 Dec2021.

I mailed a box to my son in the military and another box to his buddy in the military on October 18 and they r both still in Chicago this is totally unacceptable..this doesn’t even deserve one star

Appears parcel is tracked according to scanning and processed as quickly as HUMANLY possible. USPS, I think, is the greatest letter and parcel delivery service on this world.

Package arrived at the facility in my state two days before it was expected to arrive. Perfect! However it was “out for delivery” for two days and has yet to be delivered to my house. Ridiculous.

Poor delivery time. USPS used to have the finest reputation. Now, their dependency is at the very bottom for reliability in meeting their delivery dates.

The USPS is just another reminder that the government is incapable of running anything efficiently.

USPS ain't what it used to be. What a shame. Thank goodness for Amazon, FedEx and UPS!!

Paid for 2-day Priority Mail for package mailed Wednesday morning and it's now Saturday night & package still not updated since Thursday and it hasn't been delivered either. #removeDeJoy

Over all I get really good service in my area.

I have no beef here they are usually on point. Sometimes a day or so off. We all have bad days.
