I always find my packages destroyed, missing items, never show up, tracking numbers that never get up dated, packages sent back for no reason, or some other excuse. Makes me sick. Filed complaints, or reports and never get the problems solved. Ongoing since 2010, and still going on!

Paid for priority 3 day mail on 11/29. It's 12/03 and has not been delivered. That's already 4 days. Why pay for priority if you can't deliver on time. Do I get money back?
