My receipt says delivery Dec 2….. now it is Dec 3 ( evening) and NOT DELIVERED…. Crapp service for $16 priority!

Tracking is usually pretty accurate but not helpful if it isn't moving. Employees that you can find at the post office are usually useless!! Unable to reach anyone in a higher position to try to get assistance.

So many shipments go " missing ", and you cannot even talk to a real person for an explanation. Very sad that the USPS has so many criminals working for them.
