USPS reviews

People at our local post office are useless. We've lived in the same place for 25 years. We've had issues since our last mail carrier retired! Mail delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all. I finally signed up for informed delivery to better track things. IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone over the phone at a higher level than those at our local post office who are ZERO help most of the time & tend to have a smart attitude too. FIX THIS SYSTEM!!! Postage continues to increase while service & delivery times continue to take a nose dive.

I have USPS tracking and I really appreciate being able to see the travel of my package til it gets to destination ..my last package however going to unganda and concerned about it getting there as post office states tracking not available from US to Uganda

Envelope paid for 3 days and sat in Miami for 6 day and it’s been a 12 days and still not there

The package is supposed to be delivered today. The tracker shows that it is still at the sender’s location, after 4 days. This was a PRIORITY SHIPMENT. Cost me $16+

Not a big fan of Burton post office! They let their carriers do you livered to the wrong house and the people don’t return it they get to keep it and I thought it was against the law to open other peoples packages and then they turn around and make you feel like you’re the one that caused the problem when really they are then they put it on the back burner hoping that you just forget about it

Service is slow, and I went to buy stamps, they had no normal stamps just some foreign stamp. Not acceptable.

Direction was to leave packages at front door from Amazon. Carrier said attempted delivery was attempted but no one was home. Parcel will be ready for pickup on tomorrow at facility. What part of leave at front door did the carrier not understand.?

Bad service, package never gets to destination

Very very uncomfortable because I sent a package to El Salvador in June 30th and until now my Nice has not received it back. Tracking Number UA455689824US
