I sent a package to my daughter in Iowa City, Iowa from Trimont, Minnesota. They sent the package all the way to Jersey City, New Jersey. What should have arrived in 3 days still hasn't arrived 7 days later. Why do you send something to the east coit shouldn't even have left

Paid for pkg to arrive on Friday, 29th. It's now 3 days later and pkg has NOT arrived. Fire DeJoy!

I’m not even going to give a star because 90% of what I order gets lost by usps. I’ve got a package now that’s only went a 150 miles in a 1600 mile trip and it’s already been 7 days. Should have just drove up and got it myself. P. S. They won’t let you submit without giving them at least 1 star.

Paid almost $70 for first class, fully tracked envelope for important documents for a time-sensitive passport application on 10th November. It is now 29th November and package has supposedly been in transit in the same spot
