It sure takes a long time to track a package

Excellent service and delivery time was excellent.

I had taking over 4 weeks for an envelope to get from the Catskills ny to jfk airport Over a week to get from airport to the actual plain, right there. Now over 2 more weeks for the envelope to actually show arriving in the country of destination and still no there yet REALLY??????? OMG it is insane What is wrong with the post office they should fired upper management They are just pocketing the money seating in their offices instead of going around checking as to what they could do to improve the service And we the tax payer are paying this lazy people

Never have to worry about when my package is dropped off or if I ever order online I can always see where package is at.

Apparently, my order has been sitting in NJ since November 22 and it hasn’t moved yet. How long does it take to create a shipping label? Get rid of DeJoy, maybe you’ll go back to being like you used to be…BETTER!

Amazon should be ashamed of allowing such a poor service provider to deliver their product with a proven unreliable on-time delivery track. This is my 3rd or 4th item not delivered on time or delivered to a wrong address in a different COUNTY and town by the USPS. It all reflects on Amazon logistics. Dump the USPS Contract and use that money to hire extra Amazon drivers, and increase the pay of Amazon drivers. If need be, FEDEX and or UPS, should be utilized. Competitors or not. Customers only care about on-time deliveries as published, not who delivered the item(s).

Overnight important documents 5 days later still in route. Sorry to say this is the reason usps is going bankrupt

Awful..package was to be delivered November 24 and still has not arrived.

The USPS received my package on November 13th, today is November 29th 16 days later, and my package has not been delivered yet.
