I always have great service

To slow, loses the mail boxes, and work way far to become organize and logistically are a disaster. Two boxes were sent at the same time same date to deliver and still one box at Jacksonville Fl. A the other one is ready for pickup unbelivebale. Rate 0.

Never on time even when you pay for it

My parcel been sitting in the same place for over a wk now

The use of terms "delivered" ,"out for delivery" and "in route" are used interchangeably throughout the package's journey which is NEITHER useful NOR informative when the parcel has not moved any significant distance but MAY have changed "hands" and been "scanned" as such. My parcel has "been out on delivery" in the town of its destination since Saturday morning and it is now Monday EVENING. Are both the parcel AND the truck in a dry ditch? Hope not. I root for the Postal Service -- take a writing course 101. Thanks

How the heck does it take 19 days to get to Chicago International Distribution Center when it got there on 11/11/21 but said arrived there today???

Late delivery all the time

Late and no tracking information

The delivery was scheduled to be here by the 19th and had yet to be delivered. The usps has lost many packages including much needed check and is yet to make anything right. I believe the leadership must be changed if we want to see the results we want.

USPS is the worst service I’ve seen in my 67 years. There employees are rude, abrasive and not helpful. I don’t mail anything anymore as the service is horrible. Takes forever to get to destination, if it does ever get there. Sad!

My package has been waiting 4 days to be picked up from from the shipper. USPS provides typical government quality poor service.

Wendy helped me today and several times in the past as well. She has a smile, pleasant and professional. Makes the postal experience a good one.

Your tracking doesn’t tell anything!!

Our carrier (with postmaster backing) refuses to drive up our road to deliver packages, saying it’s not safe. Every other carrier, including the Sunday USPS drivers come up our road all the time. Then the carrier leaves a note saying she attempted delivery, which is a lie. So we have to make the long drive to our post office to pick it up, and often they can’t find it for several days. I certainly wish I could choose a carrier when placing orders - I would never choose USPS. Poor reliability and horrible customer service.
