They charge you but never deliver on time,and they don't give a refund.

2 days after the label was created still shows in the same location

USPS - still waiting (over 2.5 weeks) for arrival of a 0.5 lb, 4x3" package from the USA to Canada. Distance250 miles Cost ~$20. FedEx- received a package approx 12 Lb and the size of a shoe box in 2 days from USA to Canada.. Distance 1950 miles. Cost ~$20 Which carrier do you think I will choose in the future?

Great tracking app. I've tracked my package all over the US. It's gone everywhere but to my house. I'm pretty sure I'll never see my package. I already notified the bank and got a refund on my order as the package floats around like US.

Horrible can't track nothing

Female clerk was polite, friendly and efficient.

Very bad service needs to close up the all Post Offices.

USPS is not what it use to be. They lose mail or deliver to the wrong address, the tracking system isn't even the same, and I'd rather pay FedEx. I've been trying to track a package, but can't get any info like I use to get. I use to be able to see where my package was and now I just get double talk and no real information. I try not to use USPS, but I can't control what other people use. I just want to know where my package is or an ETA for tracking # 9274890297079018573575. Since we can't rate a 0 or even a small part of 1, I have to give you a full 1 star. Sorry, I've been disappointed way too many times.

To slow really getting worse

Absolutely terrible service. What happened? I had to pay for priority shipping with tracking because I had 3 items lost this year. Then when you look at the tracking it tells you nothing. It’s in transit.

The USPS in my rural area is very good the postman and i are on first name basis. Jeff is very nice guy and if i have any questions about posting my mail he has the answer for me. We always get our mail about the same time everyday except if we have snow storm but he still gets it delivered to us just a little later, at the post office in town the people who are in there are friendly and always ready to help you with posting packages. I think the postal service is very good in my area but this is my opinion, others may have a different view of their own.

Nice app to keep track of package

This transportation company is really bad, I can’t even receive the goods that come to Singapore in the United States.

I lost two packages in a week. Such a disappoinment.
