Doing the best that a company can do inspite of cutbacks and covid. I am able to find where my packages are at anytime and know when I will receive them

I sent a package on July and they never recived it

Waiting for my package to be delivered by USPS and they screwed up, now they expect me to stop by and pick it up. Just deliver the dam package.

In my experiences with the post office it has always been positive. From the monent you walk in it's friendly, efficient and my packages have been arriving on-time and in many cases, earlier then the expected date. I think the post office does an EXCELLENT job.

The USPS ROCKS! Regardless of Covid, Financial woes, WEATHER, etc. we STLLL get our mail 6 days a week for FREE! What a BLESSING! THANKS!

It’s such a pleasure and a beautiful environment to walk into the Atlantic Beach, 1001 Mayport Rd in Jax FL. They are all very helpful and kind. I was served on this occasion by Melody. What a delight.! She Lights up. Each one of them is always willing to help and lovely to stand in front of them.

Why can't you track your package like Amazon .to see exactly where where the vehicle is

The updates are useless.. It has been 10 days (11/10) from Chicago to Cancun, Mx and shows the last place was Chicago.. Cost $50.00 for small parcel.. USELESS!!!
