Terrible service. Paid almost $42.00 for it to get there November 2,2021 and was shipped priority on October21,2021 and still haven’t received the package of of yet. Still in distribution center in Puerto Rico. Then don’t charge sooo!!! Much. Thank you

Posted a parcel on 08/16/2021 to Barbados and up until today 11/16/2021 the parcel has not been delivered.

The package had arrived in Evansville at 1:00 a.m. November 10th. I live in Evansville but the package was sent to Newburgh now it'll be a day late because of the incompetence of the postal system. Not a good way to make your customers happy!

USPS is working a lot longer hours than in the old days. They also bring packages all the way up to my door, which is 2/10th mile away from my mailbox. I really appreciate that! UPS just leaves boxes at the base of our mailboxes.

I love my local post office! Always helpful with pricing and recommendations. Looking at the USPS budget with the ridiculous idea that it should make a profit it NONSENSE! The DMV doesn’t! The Social Security doesn’t! Government serves a country’s citizens as only it can!

Stop using them. Packages just sit for days at destinations undelivered. Rate going up. Service getting worst.

Sent a CERTIFIED LETTER 9 miles to the next town. On September 25. Today is 11/10 it still has not arrived but tracking has it in Delaware. 150 miles away with zero movement since 10/28.

Ordered and payed for 3day guaranteed delivery, going on day 8 now waiting. If need products quick use other means of shipping

Your service is subpar I won't be using this service again 2 day mail that I pay extra for takes 4 days how do you stay in business

Tracking says accepted at local post office on Nov. 3...to be delivered by Nov.8. Nothing delivered delivered yet..Nov 10...tracking show package rerouted OUT OF SALEM and sent back to URBANCREST OHIO! I live in Salem Ohio and package was originally shipped from Texas. Will I ever receive it?

Awful service for the price

Two packages were never delivered to my home. Another package was delivered to someone else that kindly drove it to my home. My MIL sent me birthday card that was not delivered, and I received yet another notification that a package was delivered today via USPS, but it never made it to my house. We have the most unreliable service of any PO.

My pkg got to its destination 50 mi away in 1 day! Hooray! It wasn't crowded at the P.O. on a Monday afternoon either. Double Hooray!
