Spent extra for certified. Sent out on 3/25/2024. Delivered on 4/1/2024. Extremely slow, but safe atleast.

I sent a package out on March 22nd and it still has NOT made it to its destination!! I am so upset! I really hope it wasn’t lost and that it will make it. Won’t be using this delivery place again.

Had mail sent out for overnight on Wednesday 27th today is April 1st still no mail I think sometimes this is a scam but if the US postal service I have rated it one only because I have to rate something I checked on my package and ever since Thursday it was in route to his destination but it still has not made it to his destination I was so it would be to me by the end of business second April that's not overnight to me don't take a risk with this like the people that took a risk on it sending me the letter

Sent a certified letter- tracking says it was delivered two days later. It was worth it to me that I knew it got there.

I'm a little worried that my package isn't going to come or it might be lost after reading these reviews. I've never seen such horrible reviews for a delivery company and that's wild to see man! I hope they pull up or go under asap and stop ripping ppl off. What a horrible look for a company. Embarrassing to say the least.

I ordered a package it was sent out 3/7/24 today is 4/1/24 I still don't have it this should never happen the post office used to be good not anymore I am not happy and will choose other options

I've had same problems with long delivery an charged for it. I changed post office an now my priority is what it's suppose to be. I do a lot of priority

Express, 20 days now, and it has covered about one FIFTIETH of the distance to me. It doesn't get any worse. This is what happens when you hire DEI instead of by ability. Completely valueless service now

On the 19 March, I sent a certified letter, they said two to three days, it's been 12 days. Mail has not arrived. What are we paying for? Wish I could give no star......

I am waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered on 3/28/2024 haven’t received it yet. All it’s saying is on its way to next facility. It’s saying that since 3/29/2024.

Always have great, courteous service. Those clerks have to put up with so much bs from the entitled public. Considering the amount of mail that is handled, delivery times are amazing. I've met a couple of postmasters who were rude. Aside from those negative encounters, overall experience was quite pleasant.

I paid for overnight delivery package and it's been 2 days and They aren't received yet.
