Always exceptional service. I have sent 2 pkgs to Queen City AZ via 2 day Priority Mail and both of them were delivered per the date on the tracking number. Keep up the good work.

Paid $10 for "Priority 2 Day" delivery, and it took 5 days. What a waste of money.

Sent a certified large envelope on 3/25/2014 to Las Vegas. It has not arrived at its destination yet. (3/31/23) Not good Will be checking with my post office on Monday.

Paid over $56.00 for a very light medium size box they said it would be delivered Friday or no later than Saturday the 30th according to tracking it still hasn’t arrived. Very poor service I will pay UPS a little more at least they do what they say they will do.

I sent a Easter package to Arvada, CO for my grandchildren on 3-26-2024.The clerk told me 4 to 5 days. Today 3-31-2024 they still haven't received the package. Dejoy is ruining the USPS.

On 3/23 24, I paid for certified mail to be delivered. It is 3 31/24 and package was not delivered. When will it arrive at its destination? AWFUL...WHAT DID I PAY FOR!

I'm only giving it a star because I have to. Been waiting on my check that was sent priority. And it's been five days. It's supposed to only take two to three days. Dismantle USPS!!!

This is absolutely outrageous!!! I have ordered a 2005 Furby for my friend Cheyenne, and it hasn't been shipped out in 10 days!!!!

I had a notice for a certified letter which the post office cannot find and it’s been a week and they still haven’t notified me about. Very poor service

Don’t waste you money on this unreliable crap. They gladly take your money and never hold up their end of the deal. Paid for next day delivery and got nothing, you should be refunding peoples money since you don’t do what you say.

When to pick up package today, said it was delivered yesterday to my box, no Package or key found. This is bad nonsense to have a P.O Box.

Horrible service, unable to contact anyone to find out what has happened to my certified letter which was my rent that I was sending to the owner of the home I live in in California. Date was March 26, 2024. I sent it on March 23. here I set on March 30 one day before it is supposed to be in her hands and they can't even tell me where it is every time I look it up for the past five days it says in route. I could've gotten my car and drove it there and had it there within seven hours. This is ridiculous. The United States, Postal Service needs to turn the whole entire business over to a private organization who can actually run it right. You want something screwed up turn it over to the government and you're telling us that you can handle our healthcare? No thank you.
