A have a packet the never had delivered to my home

The company sed 2 packages and way for it . Him tell me the package is here in September 9 he put it earlier 2 September.

You don't give enough information.

Never ship a package by USPS WITHOUT buying insurance. The workers can easily tell the package without insurance and these are stolen come up missing.

My package was suppose to be delivered by Saturday, then I was told it was delayed and will be received by 9 pm it still hasn't arrived and every time I try to check where in route is it I get NOTHING. I think I should receive a refund for your lousy service!!!!!

Disappointed in service. Packages left Pound Ridge, NY one was delivered TO Mass but second package was detained in Stamford, CT and then sent to Newburgh, NY and remains there without being shipped on to Massachusetts. I am very disappointed that something mailed on Sept 13 scheduled for delivery on the 16th is "lost" in transit on the 18th. Very dissatisfied!

Simply the worst I wouldn't left big 0 if I could both ways never on time lost as well as the worst customer service. Don't even try you have better choices

Terrible service I placed my order two weeks ago

Package was late paid for 2 day Priority mail package was not there on Thursdsy 16 if I knew it was not going to get there on time I would have mailed it another way and the card I sent the same day dame tim got there on the 16th were mailed at 9:33am

Why send a package from CA to fayeville NC when the package is going to tx.

the shipping is very poor and the services very bad every time i buy something it comes very late and damage is the worst service ever and no excuse from the pandemic please the service and qualities shouldn't change and i bring a priority mail that should be deliver in 3 days and is day 4 and still in the postal service very bad

Where is my delivery for express overnight delivery??? This is the second time my express letter has been lost with your service! The last time I used your service was October 2019 and at that time igave yet to hear hides of tails what happened to my delivery! This was the first time since that episode that I used your service and may I say, the last!!!

Sent twice next day package and never delivered the package in next day. My first package still missing from 7 months ago
