Priority mail i should have received it in 2 days. Today is the 7th day and still haven't received anything.

Terrible ????l wait express package for days

Service is awful. No one to reach. Using phone automated service gave me NOTHING! But assured investigation resolved. How is thst if my package is still at the origin where I sent since 13th of Sept with a guarantee delivery date of 16th. I am sending this review as Isit on holdnow 20mins!

my grandson still has not received his gift from 9-7-21 and I cannot get updated information very disgusting

where is my parcel now.....?Send last July 27,2021 and until now tracking shows.....still in transit CH international distribution center....waiting for almost 2 months now.....USPS.......please chevk our parcel and must dilever.....dont kept in transit....☹️?

No sign of any parcel. Still says it is in Toronto. Hasn't moved since last Thursday. Must be coming by horse and buggy

2nd package lost in a month...wtf

I paid for priority mail .The package was supposed to get to its destination in two days it took more than two weeks. It was bent and pushed into the mailbox. The package said photo PLEASE don't bend.I am not real happy with your service.

I sent a small package to my son from the PO in Germantown Md going to Kannapolis NC. It’s delivery date was 9/17/21 and here it is 9/20/21. My sons medication is in there as he forgot to take it home! I tracked it this a.m. only to find out it’s at the Waterloo distribution center in Iowa! Someone was using drugs as you guys aren’t even close and this is the second time this month that one of us has not received our mail on time!

I get a package every month and it always shows up a day late. They don't update the status of the package until after its supposed to be here. If it's not on the truck in the morning, why isn't the status updated then? The tracking always says it's at the post office when it's supposed to be here, it just doesn't make it on the delivery truck for a day or two. Poor customer service. My wife pulled into the driveway one day to see the mail person gently toss our package onto the ground instead of setting it down. We forgot to remove the junk mail one day, so the next day I got an envelope package and the mail person just jammed it into the mailbox. Then one day the mailbox is empty and it's raining all day and a package gets set about 5' away from the house instead of under the overhang. Water was pouring out of the box when I picked it up. One day I see the mail truck stop and I go out to get my package and there's one of those notes saying it can't be delivered?! It wasn't raining or snowing, they just didn't want to get out of the truck and give me my package. I've done everything the post office said to do to stop junk mail, but I'm still being harassed by constant junk mail I don't want. My recycling comes every two weeks so there's quite a bit of junk mail taking up space in my recycling. I'm just very unhappy with the whole post office system

USPS use to be very reliable, now is not even trustable.

Please I paid 22.00 for 2 day delivery it left in plenty of time I should have been there by now

Tracking my package does not give me an update day by day right now my package is still in the same tracking location for 4 days but overall it's good
