Terrible Service Unbelievably Slow !!!!

Keep up the good work

This is the fourth USPS package this year to be lost for an Amazon Prime order. Get rid of DeJoy and improve your service or be doomed to fail in another generation.

Today makes it one week since I placed an order. The tracking # was pretty much avaliable later that day. For a week now all I see when tracking is "IN TRANSIT" yet I've gotten no assistance at all. I'm told it's covid, we're understaffed. Yet Amazon makes 95% of their delivery. And lastly getting to actually talk to a human being at the post office is just a tad harder then calling the IRS. It's time to turn the USPO over to the private sector! Even with a trace # I received from the PO they still can't tell me where my package is. Sad...

Packages always missing

I would give the USPS zero stars, if that was an option. Twice now I have used their registered trackable service, and twice now the package did not arrive because someone at the post office - not me - wrote the address in THEIR system wrong.

On time and handle with care

My package was supposed to get to its destination on September 14 ! I track it, and it saids is in route ! Where on earth are my packages?

Package was sent priority on a Thursday and I was told it would be there by Monday ( from ME to FL). Tracking package and recieved different info each time. Finally see it was out for delivery on TUESDAY. I realize the mail system is struggling, but I paid the price and got assurance it would arrive on a certain day. Did not happen… and was delivered to the house next door ( for the second time) The post office staff are truly kind and seem very committed to doing a good job. But the system is messed up. Sorry for the yeah/ nay type review. I appreciate that we still HAVE postal service.

A certfied letter was sent from a post office in PR to another location in PR on 8/30/21. Today as of 9/15/21 at 8:38 am the letter is in TN facility. This is outrageous and non sense. The Post Office should be privatised.

It is the worst service I expected. Some very important documents from Rhode Island to Florida were sent by certified mail and in addition to the fact that I never received the notification to claim the envelope, it came directly to my mailbox 8 days later, who signed the receipt? Why wasn't it delivered directly to me since that's the purpose when paying for certified mail? Could the envelope have gotten into other hands before?

Hello USPS! Sent a package on august 16, today it’s September 15 and still in transit. So frustrating

Horrible updates. Today is the 14th and the last update is dated the 9th. If you can’t do the service don’t offer it.
