Paid extra shipping for a package to be delivered in 3 days. It hasn’t moved from its first warehouse in 3 days! Nothing from the USPS has arrived to me on time in over a year. Crazy!

I don't understand why this is taking so long and why it's going all over the place. I paid the same amount of for my package as I could have done and as a in a priority and they would have got it in 3 days. What's taking so long? Going from Iowa to Missouri. No it went from Iowa to Illinois to Missouri and to Kansas. Which is where it's still sitting in Wichita. No wonder people are using different shippers

The post office is not for sending packages especially when you pay extra money for it to get there early which not the case at all.The people that works for the post office don't give you the right information when it comes to paying extra like this will actually get there in three days instead of two because day one starts the next day that gets frustrated for the customer who's expecting it when you expected at the time you paid extra this is definitely a lesson learned for me to not use the post office to mail my packages with having the experience with them losing my package before #verydisappionted

I had a certified letter mailed out from Buckhannon WV and it's a very time sensitive payment since it's our Life Insurance and was due the 10th of March. It shows that it has only moved 3 hours away in Charleston WV in 24 days. What the heck!! If our Life Insurance gets cancelled because of this I am no longer eligible to get insurance as I have cancer. Someone is going to be giving us our policy amount!! We have been to our local post office, called the 800# and called our insurance company. This is stressing me out.

I do not recommend sending packages to Mexico, they tell you that it will take two or three days to arrive, they make you pay as a priority and in reality it takes more than a month to arrive .

What? I tracked my package to the first large city in route. And now it says it has not been registered yet? So what happened to it? Who is profiting from all these “lost” packages.

Takes over a month just to deliver a certified letter still hasn't been delivered. I sent it out on 02/22/2024

Horrible service. Told me package would arrive in 3 days. Arrived in 8 days and when I enquired they were rude & dismissive. I will use UPS & FedEx , they're more reliable.

Why haven't I gotten my package, it was mailed out on the 19th of March here it is the 28th, what is going on?

USPS is totally ridiculous!!! I paid for 2 day delivery which should have arrived on Monday....it arrived on Friday!!! Why do you pay extra for 2 day Delivery if it takes 6 days to get there

Paid overnight. Guaranteed by 6pm Tuesday. Actually delivered 11:49 am Thursday.

Great Service !! When Im out mowing or working on the lawn, the mailman will toss me a beer . Great guy !!

Not happy at all!!! Paid for overnight delivery on a Wednesday, as my Grandson was heading back to college . He did not receive it, and (2 days later) still not there.
