Wish I didn't have to write this but here goes. Ordered 2 different packages from same company. Provided my address. According to USPS they were both delivered. The question is "where?". I never got either package. Nobody seems to know where these packages are and nobody seems to care. It's hard to get anyone on the phone, I can't spend my days running up and down to the post office to stand in long lines, only to deal with people who clearly don't give a sh#t. It's really sad. All of you are taking a risk when we order anything. I really just want my packages.

Service was bad

I have used your app with the tracking number you gave to me for more than 1 hour and it is imposible to know where my package is, I have called and for nothing. What a mess.

My package was delivered as stated. However, my notification stated that it was left with an individual. That is NOT true. It was in my mailbox and I was not notified it had arrived until much later. I appreciate that I received it, but don’t lie and say that it was left with an individual. Glad it wasn’t stolen from my mailbox!

Horrible service! Postmaster said it would take two or three days to get there. I paid for parcel post 2 to 3 days. Well it’s been seven days now and they still haven’t got it. Do you think the post office would refund my money? Probably not this is horrible service.

Terrible I ordered on March 15 and still no package

Terrible. Sent a small envelope size package on 3/19 by Grnd Advtg for delivery on 3/21. It was delivered on 3/28. A week late. The contents were time sensitive and had till 3/24 to be delivered but delivered 3/28, past the deadline of package contents

Supposed to be in Florida on the 22nd ,, ITS BEEN IN GEORGIA SINCE THE 21st ,, it’s now the 28th & appears to be still in Georgia ,, sorry there’s a NO ATAR NOTE

You have to buy an app to track your package, that is ridiculous! We get message saying our package can’t be delivered because of improper address, which isn’t true. Now I have to buy an app to get straighten out!
