I'm trying so hard to support the USPS by shipping my mail Unfortunately I'm moving on and changing to a different carrier. I paid for first class that was supposed to be at destination in 2 days. It's been more than a week and the package still somewhere. Completely unacceptable!

It's very sad the service is getting worse. I'm trying to support them, but unfortunately I'm switching to other carriers. It's totally unacceptable that I shipped a 2lb box on June 28 from South Carolina to Texas and still on transit 7/9.

Paid 118.00 for overnight delivery and it didn’t get there as projected or guaranteed. And I work for a post office.

I guess if you dont insure your package, the receiver will never get it.

I always us USPS services. They belong to us.

Post office used to be very dependable and quick regarding mail services however the last three times I sent out packages it took way too long for the package to arrive this time I'm in the same situation and the package needs to arrive by a certain day or it won't be of any value I mailed it out on the 28th it arrived in Kansas City on the 30th and apparently it's still sitting there 9 days later

Impresses that package expected to be delivered by Wednesday, 07/07/21 was actually delivered on Monday 07/05/21. Don't ever take the services of USPS for granted! Great job.

Very good at tracking

To be kind, this service is no good. I am so glad I also sent my letter via Fed Ex (which arrived 2 days ahead of schedule) because otherwise I could be out several hundred dollars by missing the deadline. You deserve zero stars but it wouldn't let me submit it that way.
