The package was supposed to go to Nelsonville, Ohio and you somehow delivered it to Pasco, Washington. What the hell is the matter with you? That's not even close.

Very poor service we've lost at least 10 letters so far this year that never make it and this is a government-owned agency that is bankrupt all the time what a waste of money

I only use USPS Express Mail and Priority Mail in the agriculture district where I live. Works like a charm.
