Mail a return on 6/14/2021 and it hasn't moved and I'm not getting my refund until the company gets its product

Packaged was shipped to me jun 30th by my gf and currently July 12th.. Tracking number shows me zero information in where or when my package will arrive. Would appreciate come clarification as to why and where and when about my package please and thank you

Driver couldn't find my address so she just sent it back to the sender supposedly and lost my package. Now I have to eat 200 dollars. Driver also said she dropped it off at the post office and the post office never received it. Also took me over a month to talk to a actual person!!!!!

Sent a small package 6/18, certified mail. Still Sitting in Springfield, MA. When will it reach its destination in Wyoming?? I am very disheartened with this poor quality of service.

I'm thoroughly disgusted. I sent a large flat rate box full of birthday gifts to my son and it's mow 3 days past the day it was supposed to arrive and I don't know where it is!

I have no problem with usps. My mail and packages , delivered and sent, arrive in a reasonable time. I think the service is great overall. I support usps

Is this a joke? I paid for delivery in 3-5 days, from CA to PA. It is now 7 days later, 7/11, and I keep getting updates from USPS that 'Your package will be arriving by 7/9.' The map indicates that the (2) packages are less than 100 miles from where they started. Pitiful - it's hard to receive packages undamaged; what has become of the US Postal Service? Ben Franklin would be disgusted.

It ussually takes two weeks to get packages from US these fools have taken almost 2 MONTHS. Dont send anything with these clowns

I am very impressed that we can still send a letter anywhere in the United States for 59 or 60 cents now I think they've it went up but anyway everybody at my local post office and any post office that I've ever had in the cities that I lived in have been so kind and so knowledgeable and helpful especially Dale at the Hastings Minnesota post office and I'm just getting to know the new people at Inver Grove Heights Minnesota it's very easy to use their site to track packages and customer service is always available I'm thankful for the US post office so I hope it never stops

over a week later and status is the package is at the location where it was dropped off.
