If i could rate in the negative I would , the USPS would have to be the worst postal system in the world . For a 1st world country its postal service is positively 3rd world

There is no reason why it should take 19 days for a certified letter to be delivered!!

Estoy completamente insatisfecho porque pague por unas vitaminas, y según decía que el domingo iban a llegar y nunca llegaron, lo más lógico es que las enviaron a otra dirección, realmente estoy molesto porque he pagado 150$ en las medicinas y para que me las envíen erróneas. Hace falta más profesionalismo en el envío.

I'm not satisfied at all. My brother's birthday present was to be delivered by june 9. He still hasn't got it & according to tracking it is still in TN dist. Center since day after I mailed it.

Package has been sitting in 1 place for 20 hours. You guaranteed 3 day delivery. Ain't going to be there if its not moving. Postal employee was very helpful

Said delivered but it never was. I was home all day never seen my package but i got my pet packages that day not my sewing machine package. Went to post office it got delivered to another house not even on my road or neighborhood. But the address is for my house and is written correctly on package.

Poor n unreliable service Missing items when box got to it's destination.. we file claim up till now from last year NOTHING NO WORD ON THE CLAIM ,,so sad it's the only affordable way for me to send gifts for love one... I'm also afraid to list items in box I just sent last week.. gift for my cousin anniversary I think that's how the us postal service employees has knowledge of box contents.. like a temptation or open invitation for them to take... And it's a NORM now for some of us postal service employees they got away so many times

I'm from Canada. I ordered a package from Connecticut. Was shipped south to Miami It has been sitting for over a week now without movement. Covid or not that is slow mail. Especially when shipping was over $30. Very poor service at a snail's pace. Will definitely be using UPS or another private courier.

It says delivered Thursday, but it was mailed the day before from Stockton. We called usps and they said it will be delivered 6/14/21 Monday. Which one is it? Not happy with the service lately.

I sent a package priority mail because it was time sensitive on June 1, it is June 13 and the package has still not been received. Post office should inform customers that there is a chance their mail may not be received on time and could send UPS! Wanted to do no stars but not an option.
