  • February 28th I put in for change of address with the POST MASTER in Chaplin CT I then got a letter in Windham CT two days ago to go to the post office and show I'd I did and was told my first change of address was never entered in the system now I'm losing packages because they keep sending it to my old place with people that won't bring to the post office or call me. Really disappointed after waiting a month to receive mail after being told it would only be 10 days after Feb 28 to see mail at new address to be told again it'll now be another 10-15 days. Where is my mail??

  • Well this service is horrible can't talk to anyone tracking makes no sense says out for delivery and it's in France it's supposed to be in new Zealand and I'm not paying more money to fine out were it is as that's what they ask for so think this $1000 parcel going to someone else disgusting service

  • Get this…$1000 package has stalled locally since 03/04. Tried using the “ask question” feature and clearly was talking to a robot, not some cute chick in the picture. Finally the cheery robot chick was done asking questions and directed me to a page where I must give them my credit card number and pay $5 to get and answer! I’m already out $1000…now they want me to be out $1005?????

  • USPS continues to offer “No viable service.” Inefficiency and lack of knowing how to correct its problems will continue to degrade this service. Why pay for certified mail delivery when the promised time of delivery is ignored and the return verification of delivery never makes it back to the sender? —a total disregard for the customer!!!

  • What is this? It is supposed to arrive in 2 to 3 days. It's been 5 business days and the order is still in the facilities... and when you contact them they don't respond as they should. I'm very angry because they should detail their information better and not waste customers' time... it's my money that's in the way
