The service is so horrible I got a emergency for this package been waiting since February 28th and still no package they been holding it at every post office for 5 to 7 days that's wrong they make good dang money to get us our mail and they fail on all levels horrible

Very dissatisfied... Sent package out 3-18-2024 my son still has not received it. Needless to say my granddaughter did get her birthday present on her birthday..

Terrible!!! I paid for two day delivery and it’s been five days and no package!!! I will never use them again!!! I will definitely use UPS or Fedex. The service is terrible! They might as well still be using a horse and a buggy! HORRIBLE!!!!!

Worst service there is, Mailed a box for my sister when she was here from Suriname. She never received the box, paid $230, and unfortunately she don’t have the receipt so she lost the box..

Very disappointed. Mail a certified important documents on 2March2024and the documents reached the destination on the 23 March2024. Ridiculous

Ordered a product was picked up at shipper on March 13 still has not been received at the usps terminal. Was to be delivered March 25. The worst delivery option there is.

Normally use the postal service for all my mailing needs. Was concerned about latest, however since sent a check checked at bank and found that it had cleared even though tracking made it seemed stuck in delivery process. Sometimes one needs to do own follow-up. When sending things to others I always send them the tracking number also so they can let me know and track it also.
