I am so disappointed with the delivery service. I mailed a package on 5/12/21 with an estimated delivery of 5/15/21. The package arrived 5/22/21 and the tracking updates were not timely or accurate. With the price paid for shipping which was outrageous and the poor service provided I will avoid usps whenever possible and relate this to everyone I know.

I cannot explain how mad I am ! I will never ship out of our local post office again ? We sent a 3 day package paid extra to get it there in 3 days paid extra for tracking so it could arrive by the 17th of May ? The PA page has managed to only travel 50 miles southwest of us ! In Orlando from Daytona Beach going to southern Indiana ! Wtf?2 weeks later ?
