I am not happy with the service i did not get my package from you

once I figured out how to track my package it was so easy and quick!!

My package has been in USPS in Chicago for 20 days I think someone stole it

It's been 4 weeks No package. Scan about 4 days apart. Where is my package? It's been to Alaska. I'm in Kansas Its been to Denver twice. I want my package.

I arrived at my post office after four o'clock on Tuesday evening, May 18. I needed my package to get there on Wednesday but the nice lady said I was too late for overnight express. To my surprise and amazement because everyone is talking about the post office and Mr. DeJoy, my package arrived on Wednesday, May 19 at 11:01. I love the USPS.

Were My package still have no answer.this waiting is ridiculousl

Sad to say, the tracking system is useless. Items often are delivered before they are acknowledged as received on the system. Right now I know a package shipped 7 days ago but the tracking has no info Boxes sit for days or weeks in one location. Need new attitude at the high levels of management for providing accurate tracking and service. Then people will ship with you

Priority certified mailing with a predicted two (2) day delivery has not been received 8 days later. Still worse, USPS tracking is useless; it’s hard to use the tracking system and once a customer actually accesses the tracking program, he finds the data incomplete. To say, here in the year 2021with all of its advanced technology, that USPS is clueless, is an understatement.

Mails delivery early then Estimates times. Fast,ontime.

Service is terrible. I shudder everyime a package is transfered to USPS for final delivery or from origin as its almost always behind UPS OR FEDEX

I posted a package on April 27th in Lacon IL to be delivered in Italy. It's now May 24 & has not been delivered. What's going on?

Worst service ever

A friend sent me a package on April 26th it didn’t leave that post office until May 10th and I just checked tracking again it just got to Canada customs on May 24th so ridiculous I had other stuff ordered after she sent hers and got them in just over a week
