I shipped out 2 boxes that was only to take 1 week to get to destination. I get home and no boxes!! They were supposed to arrive the day before. Mailed the 6 was to be at destination on the 11th I arrive on 12th. I received one box on the 19th. Repacked into another box because they had damaged mine!! Totally new box!! I’m still waiting on my other box. Sad to say I don’t have the other boxes tracking number and I don’t have a phone number to call!! I’m unhappy with situation to say the least!

Couple days I tried to track my item and gave me different time looking to me that's for ever.

I shipped my stuff out with an ETA of May 14th. It's now May 21 and it shows still sitting at the destination facility from which it arrived on the 12th. Unfortunately the tracking number stopped updating on the 16th and now it's the 21st. Horrible!

Trying to track the package as it say was delivered , but did not receive anything and on tracking the last post say out for delivery. Wow

I have dealt with post office since I can remember, every member my local post office clerk or carrier have always done a great job. They just need a new post office general. Ever since he got the position all my mail that comes from Florida takes two weeks or more.

My certified letter, that I paid for, was supposed to go to Lansdale and it went to Philadelphia!!!!! What is going on!!! This is not the first time my mail got lost!!

Just tracking my package and it is in the San Juan distribution center for 2 days already and it was a priority 3 day and I was charged for this service.

Very slow. More than 1week stock at Miami and why is it to Miami? It is further to me than the last stopover... Canada post is way more efficient!

Absolutely horrible service! I understand the hardships brought about by the pandemic, but for packages to be 2-4 weeks late is inexcusable. And the tracking system keeps showing the same status. I suspect there's a solution, but they're just choosing not to do it.
