I brought package in on 5/8/21 to be returned to women within prepaid shipping. It has not reached them as of yet. That is 14 days. I don't understand why it is taking so long to return my package. Somebody is not doing there job. We're paying more for your service and getting less and less customer service every year. Unsatisfactory

My package has still not been delivered! I sent it on 5/14 and it was supposed to be delivered on 5/27. Today is 5/21. What has has opened to our postal service? I can't get anyone to answer my questions or respond to me either.

Sent a document. That was supposed to be delivered in 6 to 10 business days. It took 22 days. I thought the usps do delivery on vehicles or airplanes but for my mail they probably used a scooter or bicycle. I’m very disappointed with that service usps have provided. I wish I could rate 5 stars negative but the lowest option is one star.

very very bad next day service my package never got to where I Needed it to go. Yet you pay for next day service. And the biggest ugliest thing about all of this bad service against the public is THEY DO NOT CARE. Our Federal Government has just Thrown away the Postal System, it is truly a BIG MESS. They know people depend open the Post Office so they do not Need and even want to care. No stars rated

I paid for a 2 day express by 3pm 5/20 package is still in transit! Im getting my insurance back.

Worst service ever. The tracking claims my package was delivered but it never was. This has happened multiple times. I will never trust USPS again!!! Which I could give 0 stars!!
