Why keep using covert as an excuse for late deliveries

It has been almost two months waiting for package shipment from China. the company I ordered from has made so many errors and is now blameing the carrier. Never due b in siness again with them.

Dropped off package 4/27 today is 5/4 still the receiver has not gotten and it’s been a week. No direct details on where the heck the package even is ... so sit sit and wait. What a mistake I made to hand over something so expensive Laptop to these people. Ridiculous. Do better USPS makes no sense. The dumb tracking says the same thing over and over no real answer to the location of where the Laptop is maybe they will receive it by Xmas. I am so freaking PISSED!!!! Deserve zero stars.

I have been having more problems with the walks ahead she Post Office delivering my packages in the last 2 months than I ever did I have to pick most of them up because they do not deliver them even When they say they are delivered

800 miles wrong way still not delivered 7 days.

The slowest service from Amazon is due to delivery by USPS, thanks for nothing!

USPS use to be great. The last couple of years service is terrible. It takes regular mail anywhere from 7 to 14 days to get to destination when it use to be 3 to ,5 days or sometime the next day. PG

2 different tellers were rude and the manager was talking personal business on the floor with the cashier when I was trying to do my transaction. I wanted insurance and a signature card and was unable to ask between the two issue above. It's like that pretty much everytime I go to the post office
