Always fast service!

Package been setting in Chicago 5 days and still not moving. Making it a late delivery.

The United Postal Service delivery department, honestly needs a completely new upgrade. An upgrade in delivery and a complete upgrade in Communications. Their have been a number of occasions recently that I've not received my package on the scheduled delivery date, have not received any update status explanation other than it's in transit (for multiple days, without any real updated status information) or I've just simply never received a package at all. I'm completely disappointed with the United States Postal Service. A complete upgrade is surely needed for the greatest Country in the world, I expected much better service and or Communication.

Good service at the post office, but my package was schedule to deliver at April 28th and is may 3rd already and still in route expensive service for nothing

Never before has the USPS been so unpredictable and slow. I am 77 years old and never have seen these problems before. Something has to change.

Terrible service. My certified letter left Windsor, Colorado on Thursday April 22, 2021 to arrive in Conroe, Texas. It has been "In Transit" from the Houston hub since Monday April 26. Distance is approx 55 miles. It is now Monday May 3rd, 2021 and the letter doesn't show received at the Conroe hub or it's Final destination. A CERTIFIED LETTER even. Actually, I kind of expected this POOR SERVICE. It is not the first time.

I am very upset cuz my package was suppose to get to the destination last Friday then it wants to say that its arriving late. Its Monday an it has yet to get there.

Why is a package that was supposed to arrive at my door on the 27th of April not here yet. And why was it routed away from Albany. The company sent from is local. Please explain this.

My package is still sitting at USPS Annex Center in Nashville, Tn, it has been just sitting there every since the 26 of last month.This is ridiculous.its been all around the world first,before it got to Nashville.I live in Portland, Tn.My kids live in Nashville,it only takes themless than an HR to come visit.Been waiting for my package since the 7th of last month.

Finding the pkg was very easy

A package I am sending to Indianapolis Indiana left my hands 4/16/2021. Today I checked and it’s been sitting in Coppel, Tx near Dallas since April 21,2021 at the USPS distribution Center. I hope they have not lost it like they did one about two years ago.
