I didn't receive my package but says delivered on the tracking number

All my packages and letters arrive on time or ahead of schedule. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I have spend a lot money express delivery and I still don’t have my mail delivery to where suppose to go

Sad. Within the past three months two letters we sent with checks in them were either lost or took three weeks to deliver. Please get a new Post Master General. This guy is a worse disaster than Trump.

The USPS Office in Lafayette, Tennessee is absolutely wonderful. The service is top notch and the postal workers are so helpful and so friendly. Even with the stress of the recent pandemic, everyone there went above and beyond to see that every customer was treated with respect and that all packages were handled with care!!!

The same package has been sitting in the same place for 2 days. This isn't the first time that this has happened. So far the post office for my packages has been a complete failure as far as reliability go's.

I mailed an envelope yesterday from Georgia to Michigan and you show it in China today? Prior experience was sending one from Marietta Georgia to Atlanta, it spent a week in New York City, when will I learn not to use the USPS?

I send a envelope on the 20!it was so pose to be there on the 4-22-2021 by 3pm I payed $26.35 for it but it still has not made it to the destination! When I went to the post office I was told they can’t do nothing because they did not know where it is located at right now! I had important papers in there that was supposed to be there by the 22

Employees are often abrupt & indifferent. Seems like they feel their jobs are guaranteed regardless of performance.

When I check on packages location can’t find info and arrival is always spur radius..

This is totally ridiculous, I had a package sent from New Jersey on the 16th and yet here we are on the 23rd and I still dont have it not to mention it was sent priority Don't wonder why the postal service is dying

Found the tracking system amazing. Modern electronics are a marvel.

Almost every package shipped is a day or two late and in some cases have been shipped to the totally wrong town
