had a recent terrible experience of an expected 2 day delivery from Philadelphia to Montana took 2 weeks with severe damage to the package. This experience of a package from Montana to Connecticut is remarkably better. Thank you

The letter was for Tuesday first class and today is Thursday and it the letter hasn't gotten to its ...destination... It has been saying inTransit how many days does the letter Transit?

Why you send packages from Jacksonville, when I'm sending from kissimmee fl.why not use orlando airport. The way you doing it,it's takes longer together to the destination.

Love these drivers, very careful with packages, polite no matter how busy. They wear their masks, are on time. Nuff said.

I've shipping 100's if not 1000's of packages and only 1 package got rerouted and took several days to be delivered that's a 99.99999 record.

Where would we be without our wonderful postal service and all the employees. Get rid of brain dead whats his name, de moy or something like that. Hes the worst thing thats happened to the US Post Offices in these united states.

I have sent ALOT of packages to Houston to my grandkids & family. They never seem to make it when they are suppose to, no matter if I send priority or not! U all need to stop charging extra if ur not gonna deliver on time! I sent a package 2 says ago & its still sitting where I sent if off at! So over this mess, over charging & not delivering when promised!
