Never Received My Package I Need to find out what Happened

Late often...tracking is not live like UPS or FedEx. Tracking info is “where package should be” however it is never scanned again once it leaves the original place of pickup then not again till delivered to end user. Also, the logistical routes are terrible. It is not setup properly for best route but instead a location drop and pick up...a package could start 30 minutes from your home but due to the route map it ends up hitting areas hours away and then making it back to the local post office for delivery.

Package is sitting at the post office for 3 days and still hasn’t been delivered. What’s the hold up?

It’s terrible how bad our post office service has gotten. I know we can do better. Growing up the post office was highly respected, rain, sleet are snow. Come on U.S. government.

Everytime you always lost my package, you lost one again last week tracking no 9505514359551104356558. your rating is 0...you could have done better than this, my package suppose to deliver on Saturday 17th and today is 21st.

The gentleman helping me pay at Idaho post office was very helpful. He explained in things in detail to me as to when my package would be delivered and also gave me options for prices. All I know is he was clerk number five. But I really appreciate his help. This was done on April 16th 2021 at 12:10 when I talked with him.
