I send a package from Puerto Rico to Tampa, and somehow the package went to Pensacola, and at this time package still there. Package east sent last Saturday, sorry but two star you deserve .

When I send something priority Mail to Delaware from Alabama it is taking two weeks. I would hate to know how long it would take if I sent it just regular partial Post. Also they lost a certified letter I sent. Then kept telling me they were looking for it give them more time. The manager at the post office even type me a letter saying that it was lost so that I can prove to someone else that I had sent it. Then when I asked for my money back if nothing else. I was told too much time has transpired we can't give you your money back now but we're still looking for it. What a joke

Terrible service by the US postal service.. package sent first class 3 to 5 days.. 12 Days latter still have not received package.. from now on will pay more and have it sent UPS.. no excuse for such horrible service from the post office

Package left Austin Texas on 16 Aprill headed to Colorado Springs Colorado. In Denver Colorado on Sunday 18 April. Left for Salt Lake City on Monday. 50 miles away from Colorado Springs and it goes to Salt Lake City. What the he'll. Is Joe Biden running this outfit.

Paid extra for faster service. It was one important piece of mail, 2 day service. End of day 3, it's gone from ME to Nashua, NH. Receipt says expected delivery date to CA 4/20/21 That's today. Oops! It didn't make it!! Now I understand why so many people are unhappy with the US Postal Service! We'll see what tomorrow brings!
