Well, other than you have my package you told me nothing.

Packages sometimes show in a location for up to a week and all of a sudden they appear at your door... Sometimes, this tracking is useless.

Great App/Feature. Solid Everytime.

Package posted on 2/5/2021 still has not been delivered.

Rude. Not customer oriented. Witnessed an argument with another patron while I was waiting as well. Give the job to someone who actually wants to be there and knows how to treat people with respect and tolerance.

I never had any problem with the usps

Terrible. Package spent 2 weeks in Chicago just sitting there idle. A small box of parts to ship from a 16 hour drive has taken already t weeks and counting

A package says it was delivered on Saturday. It's now Monday. Tried reporting it, can't even do that because I only get a computer to talk to never a person.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this service! This is the 2nd time it has updated me on the arrival time and a day later and it still hasn't arrived

This has taken over 10 days to travel to just to the distribution center. The postal service is getting worse and worse every day.

Always on time. Except around Christmas time. But to be expected.

I think and know they are the very best on the planet at getting things where they need to be, without them the world would suffer greatly,thAnkyou to all usps workers

In March my package went from Dallas TX to Seattle WA, then back to Dallas, then to once again to Seattle, finally arriving at Eugene OR where it showed that it was there for three days before they put it in my po box. It took me just under five weeks to get my package.

I had a package sent from Oklahoma City, and by the way I read it. It's still in Oklahoma City.

Waited for mailman in my balcony, placed a note in the mailbox " I'm in the property waiting for delivery" I also added phone number to the note. As I'm seating waiting for mailman I get an Amazon message saying " attempt delivery " REALLY? I DID NOT MOVED FROM NY CHAIR!! BAD SERVICE AND DEFINITELY SOMONE IS PLAYING GAMES AND LAYING AND IS NOT ME
