Always have a problem when USPS is the delivery option. Pathetic

Used USPS for years and have never had so many packages lost, atleast 2 a week I ship about 10 a day, Costing me lots of money for your new business practices

I mailed an international packet, via express service, after one week still hovering around in US, terrible ,,,

Lost my package and keep saying it's arriving late but can't tell me where it's at .it's just lost and so far this has cost me over a hundred dollars.

Never can really track items. Many completely wrong updates. Never fail to disappoint

Sent a priority mail document with request for receipt to Chicago in 4/30/21, for which I paid over $25. I received no return receipt n was contacted by the Phoenix office on 4/15/21. It Was an urgent tax matter, which became an emergency. I’m angry that I did not get what I paid for and expect a refund.

Horrible Service from USPS

Package will stay in one place for two days, move to another location, stay there for two days, rinse and repeat until it finally arrives

I sent a package to Africa on 4/1/21 and it still hasn't reached its destination. I just checked again and it still says it left Cincinnati on the 14th. Then nothing since. Its should not take 16 days to get from one side of the USA to the other...well Cincinnati! It hasn't even made it all the way across the US. I could of driven my package to one of the eastern states and shipped it from there, and already driven home already, in the time its taken it to get where it is. This is the last time I will use the USPS to send anything!!!

This is the worst shipping method ever. 1st package was destroyed in transit and they tried to tape it back together. This time package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and seems to be lost.

Arrived earlier than predicted

Extremely disappointed. Tracker said my package was transferred to a post office without stating where, as is usually the case. Apparently it is still sitting in a UPS warehouse in Norwalk, CT. It was supposed to be delivered on 4/14; as of today 4/17 it has still not been delivered and I’ve received no further updates.

Would give zero stars if I could because shipping address gets changed at the post office when a package is in transit.
