Efficient and timely carrier. Living in Canada it takes longer to get through customs and then 400km, could be a week or more.

Terrible delivery service. Our experience with USPS for more than a year now has been dismal. Unfortunately some people and businesses still use USPS for delivery but we do not. We use either UPS or FedEx.

Letter delivery 8 days ago yet I did not get return verification card . Which I paid for. Fail... I have an apartment lock box mail drop.

What poor service! Package was to be delivered today. Your site says it’s in route to Hebron. No more confidence in USPS- Too many missteps and delays. Time to privatize or give the service to UPS!

My parcel ended up in Los Angeles california. The correct destination is Baja california Ensenada city in Mexico.

You'd be better off going back to the pony Express on how long it takes something to be delivered from Wednesday to the next when they're side by side or even across town. This company should be taken over by a private company and they'll get things set up properly as long as the government is involved bailing them out it's never going to run right

Your system or drivers doesn't appear to update on time. This is becoming a problem for my deliveries when shipped through you

Waiting for 2 packages that should have been delivered from the 12th and packages are showing they both are at hub whereas a delivery address was given

3-7 business days means roughly up to 7 days. Does not mean 4 days before they start delivery and 3 days later when they're finally in transit still haven't moved according to tracking. At least I paid 40 bucks for something that I'm not getting until 2 weeks later

i become ill when i see my items are being transferred from fedex to usps...prob gonna be late or not at all n bam it just happened again...should be negative stars
