My son sent me a package Monday morning at 10:30 am from Buffalo, New York to come to The Villages, Florida to be here Thursday. Checked on tracking number and it has been in Rochester, New York since Tuesday. Unbelievable it is still in New York which means if I get it at all it won’t be here until next week. If I buy something from Amazon I get it the next day or two and it is FREE.

Huge waste of government funding. The mail should be delivered by FedEx and UPS.

a package was shipped on March 27th from Chicago coming to St Louis I still have not received it it's been what three weeks where's my package I rate this is zero

I paid $62.25 for the package to be delivered Express 2-Day, Tracking number EJ747350388US, it was supposed to be delivered on 4/14/2022 to Toa Alta, Puerto Rico . It was delivered today 4/16/2021 at 1:15 PM If I would have known, I would have send it Priority Mail and my father would have received the package on Wednesday.. I want to know will I get my money back guarantee like written in the Receipt # 070866 Thank you Mildred R Rivera

1st class package left post office on 15 March 2021 haven't arrived at destination. No one can tell me where the package.

Never puts packaging on back porch as written on packages. Our packages get stolen when put on steps near our door because it can't be hidden out of sight of people walking by! Have cell phones stolen and food from the front of my address! Please Rectify this problem with the people that deliver my packages!! I will give a better rating when things improve with your workers!!!! They really need to read the packages.

The tracking for my package says it will be here two days ago. The postal service is the worst ever!!!!!

A very slow means to send a package. I can't encourage anybody to send a useful package through ups.

On Wednesday I sent a package priority Mail. Paid way too much for it. Today is Friday and it still has not even left my town. I should have went with FedEx.

Took box.on Saturday to be delivered on Wednesday it is Friday and no delivered jet. It's more than 5 days terrible service

The USPS seriously needs to have better Carriers for my building, or needs to just have one Carrier for my Community. An USPS employee delivered 2 of my packages to the wrong address, then I get a text saying my packages where left with an individual. Seriously!!!! It was over 200 dollars worth of clothes in one of my packages...... So incompetent!!!!

The system shows "delivered" and I never received the package. I'm trying to contact them, but nobody answer the phone
