Paid eight dollars to have a certified letter on March 3. Delivered.Now it is April 4. Go to track it they have no record of it and I’m using the tracking number they gave me. Everybody should be fired and get rid of the post office and start all over again. They just don’t care ;and they should for what they’re paid and their benefits.

The clerk at original PO typed in the incorrect zip code therefore it’s caused my package from my mom to go into a loop , there was no turn screen so my mom could have checked the zip code code . Now the package is in a loop in Nyc for 2 weeks . I am unable to intercept package according to the site. Now it says there’s there’s no address either on the package . I’ve put 3 complaints on this already , each PO rep said they would send out an alert to fix the problem . BUT no one takes off label that the incorrect zip is embedded into the price for shipping ! I’ve spoken to the manager and her manger and you are going to tell me you cannot fix this ...intercept the package ! I’m so disgusted . This was Easter presents . On Valentine’s Day the PO lost both of my cards also . I’m fed up and very sad , I feel bad for my 90 yr old mom that she’s unable to send mail this way anymore as the system is so bad

3 days to get priority mail 70 miles to Detroit on way to 50 miles ne of Tampa,Fl., USPS needs to be abolished !

USPS did a great job in timely delivering a package, it was incredibly fast despite De Joy's efforts to muck it up. The tracking system worked superbly. THANDS USPS. Keep up the great work. I don't care if you have to raise the rates. Only thing I care about is the service which is excellent.

I would give a zero. I shipped a package by Priority Mail on 3/24/2021. It was supposed to be delivered by 3/29/2021. It has not arrived as of 4/3/2021. With a shipping rate of $34.50 I should have gotten better service. Package tracking is useless it always says in transit. I went to the Post Office to see if they could locate the package without success. Their inquiry received the same answer that I always get “in transit”.

Service is getting worse and worse. package left near Nogales ,AZ MONDAY and here it is saturday night in south Carolina and still not here. It is unacceptable .. you're putting my little business on hold.

I hate when I see something I ordered is being shipped USPS. It never arrives on time and even when it shows it’s out for delivery, it still doesn’t get delivered.

If zero ratings existed that's what I'd give. I've never had so many issues with a carrier. From lost items to the customer service. There have been more times than I can count where my address was labeled as non existent and yet Amazon never seems to have that issue. 0 stars all around. Even dealing with over the phone customer service where even they don't have any answers as to where anything is.
